Before anything else, take a breath.
You don't have to carry this alone.
Be Still
Birth brings a pause to the ordinary. The world seems to stop. With every inhale and exhale, you are working toward something extraordinary.
Be Held
You deserve nurturing and encouraging support while knowing that you were beautifully designed to bring your baby into the world whether at home, at a birth center, or at the hospital.
Behold, New Life
As surely as each new day will dawn, your baby will be born, and you will be transformed. Welcome to the wonder-filled and life-changing journey of motherhood.
